[PERISHABLE ITEMS] The gel you must Refrigerate or freeze IMMEDIATELY upon arrival. Take  2 tablespoons first thing in the morning, or mix with drinks, tea, coffee, or in smoothies. Lasts up to 4 weeks in the refrigerator and/or up to a year in the freezer. Because of the nature of the product, we do not ship to PO Boxes or internationally so please choose either gel form or in wildcrafted raw form. Raw Seamoss keep sealed at room temperature in dry area. The gel is made fresh to order so please allow a least 2 business days for processing (....so worth it!)

SHIPPING- THIS ITEM ONLY SHIPS MONDAY THROUGH WEDNESDAY (TO MINIMIZE CHANCE FOR SPOILAGE).
